Welcome to ComplexCon App ("the App"), provided by SV Two Limited trading as ComplexCon Hong Kong (“the Company”). By accessing or using our mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our app. We may periodically change the terms, so please check them from time to time as your continued use of our app signifies your acceptance of any such changes.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the App.

2. Use of the App

  1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

  2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for restricting access to your mobile device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

  3. Unauthorized Use: You agree not to engage in any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of the App. This includes but is not limited to reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

  1. Ownership: The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Company and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

  2. Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content on our App without the prior written consent of the Company.

4. User Contributions

  1. User-Generated Content: Users may contribute content, such as comments, feedback, or other materials, to the App.

  2. Grant of Rights: By contributing content, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works, distribute, and display such content in connection with the App and the Company's business.

5. Links

Some links on this site will allow you to connect with sites that are not under our control. The App is providing these links only as a convenience. The appearance of a link does not imply the Company endorsement, nor is the Company responsible for the contents of any linked site. You access them at your own risk.

6. Privacy

  1. Privacy Policy: Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.

  2. Consent: By using the App, you consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users of the App or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Disclaimer

  1. As-Is Basis: The App is provided "as is" and the Company makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties.

  2. Use at Your Own Risk: Your use of the App is at your sole risk. the Company does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  1. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.

  2. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or the use of the App shall be resolved through arbitration by the Court of Hong Kong SAR.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the App after such changes will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified terms and agreement to abide by them.

Terms of Use - Event

Set out below are the terms and conditions relating to your attendance at COMPLEXCON to be held in Hong Kong, 22-24 December 2024 (the "Event") at ASIA WORLD EXPO (the "Venue") and organized by SV TWO LIMITED (HK) (the "Organiser"). By purchasing a ticket and entering the Venue you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. To enter the Venue and attend the Event you must have a valid Ticket. Parents may bring up to two (2) children under 100cm tall. Otherwise, all individuals above the height of 100cm must be a ticketholder. All concert attendees must be at least 140cm tall. You must be 18 years or older to purchase and/or consume alcohol. The Organiser reserves the right to demand proof of age in the form of your Hong Kong[ Identity card, passport or other form of proof of identity acceptable to the Organiser.

  2. Searching is a condition of entry to the Venue and accordingly the Organiser has the right to search the bags and other personal belongings of all persons attending the Event and reserves the right as a result of such search to exclude any person from the Event and Venue or to exclude any person who refuses to be searched.

  3. Upon admission to the Venue you will be provided with a wristband, which is required for re-entry to the Event and must not be transferred to other individuals.

  4. Various goods are available for purchase at the Event, including food, beverages and other merchandise (the “Goods”). All complaints in relation to the Goods should be sent for handling to the vendor from whom you purchase any Goods.

  5. The ticket you have purchased is for the Event and not for a specific band or artist and the Organiser reserves the right to alter or change the programme and line up without prior notification.

  6. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the Event at any stage, if deemed necessary in their sole opinion, or if circumstances arise which are outside their control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions. In the event that the Event is cancelled or the lineup changed, the Organiser will not be liable for the payment of any compensation or any loss of money and/or expenses incurred. In the event of the cancellation of the entire event only the face value of the ticket will be refunded through the ticket agent through whom the tickets were purchased.

  7. No food, alcohol, soft drinks or liquids may be taken into the Venue.

  8. The Organiser adopts a zero tolerance to drugs and as such all drugs, including legal highs, are prohibited from the Event and Venue. You may be rejected or ejected from the Event and reported to the police if found to be in possession of any such substances.

  9. The following articles are prohibited at the Venue and the Event: illegal drugs or substances, musical instruments (including but not limited to drums), knives or similar weapons including chains/chain wallets, fireworks, explosives, lasers and laser pointers, flags, chairs, drones, professional cameras and audio recording devices, independent sound systems, generators, pets, smoke or gas canisters (including aerosols),megaphones ,air- horns, dangerous or hazardous items of any description, glass vessels, poles (including selfie sticks), unauthorized items for trading including but not limited to any goods or items using unauthorised event logos or brands, and any other item which in the sole opinion of the Organiser endangers public safety. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to the Event or to eject anyone found to be in possession of any such item(s).

  10. The following behaviour is expressly prohibited at the Event and Venue:

    1. Unauthorised professional photography or use of professional recording equipment and zoom lenses, audio visual or cinematographic devices

    2. Underage drinking. Alcohol cannot be brought in to the Venue.

    3. Smoking except in designated smoking areas

    4. Stage diving, moshing, climbing, crowd surfing

    5. Urinating in public places

    6. Unauthorised merchandising

    7. The Organiser reserves the right to eject any person participating in such prohibited activity from the Event and Venue.

  11. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse anyone entry to the Event and Venue and to eject therefrom any person who in the sole discretion of the Organiser, fails to comply with instructions from a steward or other person acting on the Organiser's behalf. Anyone found to be causing damage to the Venue, behaving in an illegal or anti-social manner whether or not through alcohol or drug abuse, shall be ejected from the Venue and may be reported to the police.

  12. The Event may be filmed. By attending the Event you provide your consent to the use of your actual or simulated likeness in connection with the production, exhibition, advertising or exploitation of any film, video and /or audio recording of the Event or any element thereof in any media of whatever form throughout the world. You also agree to being filmed by police or security staff for the purpose of ensuring public security at the Event and preventing crime.

  13. The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense, except in the case of death or personal injury if due to any negligent act or omission on their part. Persons attending the Event are responsible for their own valuables and the Organiser will not be liable for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the Venue.

  14. You understand and acknowledge that extended exposure to loud noise may cause damage to hearing and that smoke effects, strobe lighting and loud noises may be used at this event. The Organiser has no liability to you in relation to any damage caused by these matters.

  15. The terms and conditions set out herein are subject from change from time to time and can be found on the Organiser's website https://connect.complexconhk.com/.

  16. To the fullest extent permissible in law, the Organiser shall be entitled to assign any and all of its rights and obligations under these terms and conditions provided that your rights are not adversely affected to any material extent.

  17. If any provision contained in the terms and conditions set out herein is found to be invalid or unenforceable by any court, the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be severed or amended in such a manner as to render the rest of the provision(s) and remainder of these terms and conditions shall remain valid and enforceable.

  18. Any failure or delay on the part of the Organiser to enforce any of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of any of its rights hereunder.

  19. The terms and conditions set out herein shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.

以下列出的是有關將於2024 年3 月22 日至24 日在香港亞洲國際博覽館（「場地」）舉辦、由SV TWO LIMITED (Hong Kong) （「主辦單位」） 舉辦的COMPLEXCON（「活動」）的條款和細則。

購買門票並進入場館即表示您同意以下條款與細則：

  1. 入場時必需持有有效門票正本進入。每位持票成人最多可攜帶2個身高低於100厘米兒童免費進入潮流市集。 演唱會站立區僅限 12 歲或以上且身高 140 公分或以上的持票人士使用。 市集禁止向18歲以下人士銷售酒精飲品，主辦單位保留要求您提供香港身分證、護照或主辦機構可接受的其他身分證明形式的年齡證明的權利。

  2. 所有觀眾進場前，須進行搜索相關的安檢程序，主辦方有權搜查所有參加活動的人士的行李和其他個人物品，並保留因搜查而將任何人士排除在活動之外的權利場所或排除任何拒絕接受搜查的人。

  3. 進入場地後，您將獲得一條手帶，手帶不可轉讓。如需再次入場，請向工作人員展示手帶。

  4. 活動期間您可購買各種商品，包括食品、飲料和其他貨物（「商品」）。所有與商品相關的投訴應由您購買商品的商家負責。

  5. 您購買的門票是針對活動而非特定樂隊或藝術家。主辦單位保留因任何原因更改丶修訂活動內容及安排的權利，如有更改，恕不另行通知。

  6. 若主辦單位認為有必要，或出現超出其控制範圍的情況，包括但不限於惡劣天氣，主辦單位保留在任何階段取消活動的權利。如果活動被取消或陣容發生變化，主辦單位將不會承擔任何賠償或由此產生的任何金錢損失和/或費用。如果整個活動取消，門票面額將透過購買門票的票務代理商退還。

  7. 不得攜帶食物、酒精、飲料或液體進入場地。

  8. 主辦單位對違禁藥物採取零容忍態度，因此所有違禁藥物，包括合法毒品，均禁止帶入活動和場地。如果發現您攜帶任何此類物質，您可能會被拒絕進入或驅逐出活動現場，並送官究治。

  9. 場地和活動中禁止攜帶以下物品：違禁藥品或物質、樂器（包括但不限於鼓）、刀具或類似武器（包括鏈條/鏈條錢包）、煙火、爆炸物、激光和激光筆、旗幟、椅子、無人機、專業相機和錄音設備、獨立音響系統、發電機、寵物、煙霧或瓦斯罐（包括氣融膠）、擴音器、喇叭、任何危險物品、玻璃容器、桿子（包括自拍棒）、未經授權的交易物品，包括但不限於任何使用未經授權的活動標誌或品牌的商品或物品，以及主辦單位認為危及公共安全的任何其他物品。主辦單位保留拒絕任何持有此類物品的人參加活動或驅逐其的權利。

  10. 活動及場地內明確禁止以下行為:

    1. 未經授權的專業攝影或使用專業錄音設備、變焦鏡頭、視聽或電影設備

    2. 未成年飲酒。酒精類飲品不能帶入會場

    3. 除指定吸煙區外吸煙

    4. 舞台跳水、衝撞、攀爬、人浪

    5. 在公共場所小便

    6. 未經授權的推銷

    7. 主辦單位保留將任何參與此類禁止活動的人士逐出活動和場地的權利。

  11. 主辦單位保留拒絕任何人進入活動和場地的權利，並有權自行決定驅逐任何不遵守工作人員或代表主辦單位行事的其他人員指示的人士。任何人如被發現對場館造成損害、有非法或反社會行為，無論是否透過酗酒或吸毒，均應被驅逐出場館，並可向警方舉報。

  12. 該活動可能會被拍攝。參加活動即表示您同意在世界各地的任何媒體中以任何形式使用您的實際或模擬肖像來製作、展覽、廣告或利用活動的任何電影、視頻和/或音頻記錄或其任何元素。您也同意接受警察或保安人員的拍攝，以確保活動的公共安全並防止犯罪。

  13. 除非因主辦單位的疏忽作為或不作為而造成死亡或人身傷害，否則主辦單位恕不對任何損失、損壞、成本或費用承擔責任。參加活動的人士應妥善照顧財物，如在猜所內由任何遺失或損毀，主辦單位恕不承擔任何責任或提供任何賠償。

  14. 您瞭解並確認長時間暴露在噪音中可能會損害聽力，且本活動可能會使用煙霧效果、閃光和巨響。主辦單位對這些事項造成的任何損害不承擔任何責任。

  15. 本條款和細則或會不時更改，恕不另行通知。最新的條款和細則可在主辦網站 https://connect.complexconhk.com/. 上找到。

  16. 在法律允許的最大範圍內，在您的權利不會受到任何重大程度的不利影響的前提下，主辦單位有權轉讓其在本條款和細則下的任何及所有權利和義務。

  17. 如果任何法院發現本條款和細則中包含的任何條款無效或無法執行，則該無效或無法執行的條款應被中斷或修改，以使其餘條款生效。這些條款和細則的其餘部分仍然有效且可執行。

  18. 主辦方未能或延遲執行任何條款和細則並不構成其放棄其在本條款和細則下的任何權利。

  19. 本條款及細則受中華人民共和國香港特別行政區法律法規管轄並依其解釋，並受香港法院的非專屬管轄。
