This ComplexCon Hong Kong personal data privacy policy ("Policy") describes how SV Two Limited trading as ComplexCon Hong Kong (referred to as "ComplexCon Hong Kong" below) use and disclose personal information of customers collected through this mobile application (“App”).

This Policy applies to all personal data obtained by ComplexCon Hong Kong through your use of the App. For the avoidance of doubt, it does not apply to any websites controlled by third parties not affiliated with ComplexCon Hong Kong that may be linked to the App (“Third Party Sites”). Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you authorise ComplexCon Hong Kong to transmit your information outside Hong Kong in the manner and for the purposes described in this Policy.

Types of Information ComplexCon Hong Kong Collects

Personal information that may be collected by ComplexCon Hong Kong may include:

• Name, identification document or passport numbers, postal address, phone number and e-mail address.

• Financial account information, such as credit card number and other payment information.

We may also collect information about you such as:

• If you create an account - your username, password, identification document or passport numbers, your city of birth, your birthday and mobile phone number.

• If you take a survey or interact with us in various other ways - demographics information and information about subjects that may interest you.

• Participation data when you use our platform to explore and interact with venues.

• Preferences, interactions, and activities on our platform to personalize your experience.

• Order details to fulfill and process your orders.

Automatic data collection via Cookies

We may gather the following information through the use of “cookies”. Cookies are small data files that are automatically stored on your web browser in your computer, mobile phone or other device for accessing the Internet (“device”) that can be retrieved by this App.

How Does ComplexCon Hong Kong Use Personal Information

ComplexCon Hong Kong shares your personal information in limited ways, such as:

• We may share information with any employees, officers, directors and agents and/or affiliates of ComplexCon Hong Kong.

• In the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets or any other situation involving the transfer of some or all of our business assets, ComplexCon Hong Kong may disclose customer statistics to those involved in the negotiation or personal information after the transfer.

Subject to your consent for ComplexCon Hong Kong to use your personal data for direct marketing purposes, we may disclose your personal data (including, without limitation, your name and contact particulars) to any consultants both in Hong Kong and overseas (“Marketing Consultants”) engaged by ComplexCon Hong Kong to provide direct marketing services. You may withdraw your consent and opt out from receiving direct marketing material and/or communications from the Marketing Consultants and/or relevant services at any time.

We may also share aggregated or anonymized information that does not directly identify you.
